Working in the Greater Houston, Conroe, Spring, Tomball areas (and beyond!) for over 30 years, Builder’s Technical Services has delivered countless New Construction and Renovation projects to clients in all types of industries. After starting in 1991 doing mainly Concrete and Site Development work, BTS has broadened our offerings to include Retail, General Commercial, Industrial, Schools, Religious Facilities, Public Work, and more, ranging from small renovations to full multiple-building site development projects.
We are proud of working and building relationships we have created, sustained, and grown in the community over the years, and are thrilled to be able to provide our services to help build and grow the areas we work and live in. Lorin Lively, Owner
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Lorin has been involved with, and responsible for, over $250 million worth of construction. Over his career, he has completed projects from just about any kind of niche, giving him a unique perspective and advantage when dealing with any type of construction and design.
As President and owner, Lorin is responsible for overseeing all planning, project management, field operations, and client & Design Team relations.
Prior to founding BTS, Lorin worked as President of Wayward, Inc. where he performed similar work at a similar scale.
With his long and extensive work history and experience, Lorin is an invaluable addition to any project he works on to all involved - from the Design Team, to the Owner, and to the subcontractors.
